Bayern Munich scored a big victory at the expense of its guest house Mainz in the fourteenth round match of the German League Championship, with a score of "5-2".
Bayern raised its score to 33 points and regained its position at the top of the standings, and Mainz remained seventeenth with 6 points.
The visitors, the home side, rushed, with the first goal of the young striker Jonathan Burkardt, from goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, as he fired the ball with a strong left hand into the net at the 32nd minute.
In the last moments of the first half, Mainz added the second goal, with a header from defender Alexander Hulk, to end the first half with the visitors' team leading two goals without a response.
In the second half, Bayern Munich reversed the match, reducing the difference in the 51st minute with a goal by Joshua Kimmich, and the equalizer came through Leroy Sane at the 56th minute.
The Bavarian team took the lead in the 70th minute with the goal of center-back Nicholas Zollet, and the Polish star Robert Lewandowski added the fourth goal in the 76th minute from a penalty kick.
Lewandowski finished the hosts' five in the 83rd minute, with the second personal goal, with Bayern winning 5-2.
