French club Paris Saint-Germain announced, this evening, through its account on the social networking site "Twitter", that a case of Corona virus has been discovered in the team, without revealing the identity of the infected person.
In its official statement, the club said: "After the tests conducted on Sunday, it was confirmed that a Paris Saint-Germain player had been infected with the new Corona virus, Covid-19."
The club added: "Our player infected with the Coronavirus will be subject to self-isolation and will be subject to the appropriate health protocol."
Paris Saint-Germain returned to training today, under the leadership of the new coach of the team, Mauricio Pochettino, who took over the coaching of the team, succeeding the German coach Thomas Tuchel.
It is noteworthy that the Paris Saint-Germain training saw the absence of Juan Bernat, Alessandro Florenzi, Bresnell Kimpembe, Leandro Paredes, Ravenia and Neymar Jr.
