Atletico Madrid achieved a precious victory at the expense of its host, Deportivo Alaves, in the seventeenth round of the Spanish League championship, with a score of 2-1.
Rocci Blancos raised his score to 38 points and regained the lead by two points from Real Madrid, and Alaves' balance stuck at 18 points, in thirteenth place.
The capital team managed to reach the home side in the 41st minute, with a ball that was struck by brilliant Marcos Llorente.
Despite the numerical shortage after Victor LaCuardia was sent off in the 63rd minute, Alaves scored the equalizing goal, in the 84th minute, with a ball that Felipe, Atletico defender, accidentally inserted into his team's goal.
In the 90th minute, the Uruguayan star, Luis Suarez, scored the winning goal for Atletico, after a pass from Joao Felix.
