Barcelona managed to defeat its host Huesca in the seventeenth round match of the Spanish League Championship, with a score of "1-0".
The Catalan team raised its score to 28 points and advanced to fifth place in the standings, and Huesca's team remained in last place, with 12 points.
Pedri almost opened the scoring for Barcelona in the 7th minute, but the Huesca goalkeeper blocked the ball, and Messi tried in the 9th minute, and Dembele in the 13th minute, but their attempts lacked accuracy.
In the 18th minute, Pedri passes the ball to Dembele into the penalty area, but the latter's shot was blocked by the defense, and in the 24th minute Barcelona tried again, this time through Alba, but the ball missed the goal.
In the 27th minute, the Catalan team managed to reach the net, after Messi lifted the ball to Frankie de Jong, advanced inside the penalty area, to put the Dutch star with a touch in the net.
Messi tried from a wonderful free kick, in the 40th minute, but Huesca's goalkeeper Alvaro Fernandez had a brilliant response, to end after that the first half with the visitors advancing with a goal to none.
In the second half of the match, many opportunities appeared for Barcelona to double the score, but the players were acting awkwardly in front of the goal.
On the other hand, Huesca's performance improved in the second half, and he had several dangerous opportunities, as he came close more than once to reaching the equalizer, but Barcelona kept winning with difficulty, in the end.
