Officially, Manchester City resumes training

 


Manchester City club announced, on its website, the resumption of its group training, after the tests that the team underwent in the past hours.



In its official statement, the club said: "Manchester City can confirm the resumption of first-team training at the City Football Academy this afternoon."



He added: "The whole team underwent testing yesterday, and the results did not reveal any new positive cases so far. Safety remains our top priority, and the club will continue to proceed with great caution."



He continued: "The training buildings for the first team have undergone a deep cleaning during the past 48 hours, and most of these facilities will remain closed, with only the resumption of basic operations around training."



And he concluded: "The team will undergo tests in the coming days, the results of which will be informed and dictate the next steps, and everyone in Manchester City still wishes for a speedy recovery for all our colleagues who remained in self-isolation after their positive tests."



It is reported that there are 5 positive cases of Corona virus in Manchester City, noting that the team's match against Everton, which was scheduled to take place on Monday, has been postponed.
